PU printable heat transfer vinyl, we also called eco-solvent printable heat transfer vinyl. It is made of 100% of TPU high elastic materials, so its hand feeling is relative soft, as well as high flexibility, good strong ink absorption and accurate color restoration. It should be printed from eco solvent large format printing machine.
Light eco solvent transfer paper is suitable for transferring image onto light-colored cotton or cotton-mixed fabrics. It is printed with any solvent or eco solvent printers using eco solvent ink.

Product Feature
1. Valid thickness: 110-130 micron
2. Backing film thickness: 100 micron So even though in the high temperature, it will not be out of shape, came off and fade.

Heat Transfer Process

The using method is very simple
1. Set the imagine in the computer, then print and cut by cutting &printing machine
2. Weeding, can weed by hand directly or by tweezers
3. Transfer imagine into transfer film
4. Heat press:
Temperature: 150-160 degree centigrade
Time: 10-12s
Pressure: 0.2 kgf/cm^2
It is better to put on the Teflon sheet on the t-shirt
