10:45 – 11:25: The art of touching peace – Mindful breathing
    The art of touching peace

It is the practice of mindfulness and being fully present in every breath and step, so that we can experience peace and happiness in everything we do, even in the midst of difficulties and challenges.

    Mindful breathing

By combining inner energy movements with mindful breathing, we can maintain a healthy body and mind that supports our meditation practice.

    11:30 – 12:00: Soul purification
Attachment is the root of all suffering. By recognizing the impermanence of all things and practicing non-attachment, Buddhists believe we can free ourselves from suffering.

    12:00 – 13:30: Grateful meal
It refers to the practice of expressing gratitude before and after eating a meal. We cultivate a sense of appreciation and mindfulness for the food we consume and to avoid wasting it.

    13.30-15.00: The Miracle breath
Our breathing reflects our minds. A calm person breathes gently, and an agitated one breaths rapidly. Being aware of our breathing is understanding our minds.
